Danyelle & Eric's Wedding

We were able to attend the wedding of Eric and Danyelle del Prado (my step sister). It was a perfect California Day! It was at The Christmas House Inn. It was a very romantic and intimate wedding. The appetizers were SUPER yummy which included some tasty food from Portos and the weather was perfect. The couple made recipe books (from recipes which all the guests had to submit) along with heart-shaped measuring spoons for each guest to take home. The cake was AMAZING too! Danyelle's gown was gorgeous and Eric looked very handsome. It was SO nice to see my Dad and Cyndy dressed up as well. We had a wonderful evening with our family and it was great to have a night with my siblings with no kiddos!

Mother's Day 2011

Pregnancy.

I think I was about 13 weeks in this photo at Andrea's house I remember thinking how big my tummy was already starting to feel. Yeah right, wait another 20 weeks. The ultrasound was done that same week. It was AMAZING to see how active he was and he was SO cooperative for the Sonographer.

So, after this many pregnancy tests I was finally convinced that I was really pregnant! It was on February 23rd right before Danny's birthday. It just didn't seem real. Especially since I was testing SO early and was at work when I took them. I immediately called Danny and shared the news with him. I think we we're both SO surprised and in shock, but happy! I wanted to share the news with everyone SO much, but we decided to tell only family and a few friends. I was VERY nervous that I would miscarry again. I felt GREAT in the beginning though. Sometimes, even forgetting I was pregnant.

December 5th was my lovely sister Andrea's 27th birthday. We went over to her house on Sunday to visit and take her a birthday gift, it was SO nice to have time with our family and wish her a very Happy Birthday! Our Dad and Cyndy came over as well and got to visit with them too. I love my sister and hope she had a wonderful birthday and I'm so grateful for the friendship that we have as sister's, mother's and friends!

We will miss little Frida

Frida was Lily's Aunt Judy and Uncle Frank's dog. Lily knew her even before she was born. When I was pregnant with Lily, Danny and I would go over to Frank and Judy's house and visit or watch movies on the couch and I remember Frida would lay next to my belly and Lily would kick a lot as if she was saying "hello" to Frida. Unfortunatley, Frida passed away this last month, but she was a wonderful loving doggy that loved all the kids! We will miss little Frida so,so much.

Halloween 2009

Halloween this year was a lot of fun with Lily being a little bit older, she is really starting to understand the whole concept of trick or treating! Lily LOVES Sleeping Beauty and really wanted to be Aurora, and she made a very cute one at that! We had a lot of fun Trick or Tricking with Uncle Jas, Auntie Annie (aka:Mannie-Mannie) Kailee, Ella, Jackson, Grandpa and Grandma Mone. Kailee was a PRETTY Candy Corn witch, Ella was a CUTE Snow White with her black wig, and Jackson made a very CUTE PIRATE! We are EXCITED for the upcoming Holidays that we'll be able to spend with our families!

Jackson Omar's beautiful shower was in Covina at Debra Hoffstetter's home. She is Andrea's Mother-In-Law. It was a wonderful shower with lots of beautiful decorations fit for a prince and it was really nice to see all of Andrea's friends and our families. Her cake was amazing and Jack received so many gifts! Kaille and Ella were there also to help open the gifts for their little brother. Annie look beautiful as always and was definatley glowing.

Danny and Frank made a trip from June 5th to June 7th to Ensenada, Mexico for the Score Baja 500. They had a blast! They saw lots of riders and met lots of people at the race, went fishing and camped next to the ocean. We all can't wait to plan our trip next year with both our families.

Here is little Julian Acevedo. Hangin out in the highchair. He is such a sweet little boy with so many silly faces and has a wonderful laugh. We love having him over to play with Lily!

Easter this year was really fun. The Easter Bunny visited Lily, Mommy and Daddy. Then we went to my Dad and Stepmom's in Yorba Linda. Andrea, Jas, Kailee, Ella were there as well as Greg, Debbie, Isaiah, Emma and Kyle. We had a very BIG brunch then an egg hunt with all the kids. They had a blast finding all the eggs!

Last night our Great-Grandma Vicenta passed

away at downey Regional Medical Center. She

was 88 years old and had 11 children and over 50

grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lily

loved her Grandma so much and we will miss her

very much!

Julian Alfredo Acevedo's Baptism

It was such a wonderful ceremony and the church was

beautiful! Such a sweet little baby boy.

Our Little Tornado

Lately when Daddy and Mommy aren't looking Lily's favorite thing to do is take out as many things from as many drawers as she can as fast as she can before she gets BUSTED! Our bedroom used to be her favorite place to do this but lately it's been her room. Thank Goodness!
